I noticed it was shutdown last week and I just signed in to play the 100k and it was shutdown and refunded again this week. It said it was replaced. Does anyone know what the hell is going on?

are you sure its not the poker maximus tournament? the lobby is so jammed packed now with the big P.M coming up.. i got a few notices some of them were shut down and then refunded

Nothing related to Poker Maximus. I even sorted by Buy-In. The only two $109 tournaments listed were the 100k from last week Sunday, and this Sunday. Both are listed as 109 entrants and it is listed as "Shutdown".

I played in the $109, though I got knocked out fairly early. It definitely existed long enough to take my money.
