no, I mean the mobo has 2 dual channels, slots 1 and 3 form is one of them, 2 and 4 is the 2nd one
you prob pulled out the 3 from 1 and 3 and put it into the 2 or 4, at which point the board no longer sees the ram which was set up in dual channel mode, because one of the sticks was missing from that channel
instead take both the 1 and 3 and put them in 2 and 4
or just get a new stick and be done with it
you should get a replacement, but what I hear Adata is not known for fast customer support
btw when you're playing around with the ram, unplug the psu from the wall and keep the power button pressed for another 5 seconds to completely discharge the board
