Hi guys, I make websites for few months now, and when I register a new domain and buy hosting I get all the login informations that I need through an email from the hosting company.
Now I have found a client that wants to remake an old site(11 yo site) and I don't really know if I'm doing the right steps in order to acces his old site cPanel. He gave me the CTP login(hopefully the same as the Cpanel) data but I can't login.
This is what I did so far: Entered in browser:
https://www.sitename.ro:2083/ and I completed the FTP username and password and got this message: "The login is invalid."
Do I need to ask the client to change the FTP login data or am I doing something wrong?
