Chrome for Android auto-hides / unhides the address bar when scrolling down/up. A web page I created doesn't do this. Do I need to put something in my html to enable this functionality?

A web page you created... where? Like, what are you viewing it in? If you view it in Chrome for Android, what happens? A picture or some more info would be helpful.

I'm hosting it on my pc. When I view the site on my phone the address bar doesn't hide when I scroll.

Other (all?) sites do this:

This was as of a chrome update last year, which makes me think it's just a chrome thing. But then why doesn't my site do it?

So when you view your site in chrome, it doesn't hide the address bar?

I just checked a bunch of sites in chrome on android. When I scroll down the bar scrolls off the screen on all of them, including my own sites, for which I didn't do anything at all.

Is your site accessible to the outside? Can I take a look at it?

Finally found some info. I'm using the android.com template here:
