Anyone from HR here? Just need a few recommendations on time and attendance, 201 records and training tracking software. Is there any software that can perform all these? Or is it better to have one software for each requirement? What do you think? Thanks.

You need a document control software and a training tracking software for this, it's much better to get one that you can link with each other so you get all the documentations in one place.

we're using zenefits for time and attendance and payroll. Seems pretty good, much better than the adp software we used before.
