I chose some components because of Black Friday sales. This will most likely be PioSolver dedicated for 1-2 years and I might convert it to play poker with after that if I have to build something better. Would like to mostly use it with remote desktop from my other PC. I don't mind spending more if its mandatory. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

You list the processor as 180W. The graphics card is about 100W. That's 720W spare, and everything else uses nowhere near 720W. Unless you're hooking a toaster up to your PC you can probably cut a few dollars there. That you don't state the supplier is also potentially a concern

Thank you. I think the power supply was Black Friday sale that’s why I upgraded it. I’ll take a look at that. This is from CyberPowerPC.

Could save $12 by downgrading to:

750 Watts - GIGABYTE G750H 80 Plus Gold Semi-Modular w/ Double Ball Bearing Fan Power Supply (also on sale)

Can also save $120 by downgrading RAM to DDR4 2400MHz Memory "Performance Memory by Major Brand" instead of getting GSKILL ripjaws

This is a free upgrade too, any reason not to do this?:

64GB (8GBx8) DDR4/3000MHz Quad Channel Memory (ADATA XPG Z1)
[Early Black Friday Mega Sale - FREE ADATA XPG Z1 3000 DDR4 upgrade from 2400MHz Major Brand]
ADATA XPG Z1 (All Venom OC Levels Certified)

More RAM's only useful if your requirements will actually use it. I don't play online poker anymore as it's been dead for years, you clearly disagree and think your solvers will somehow bring the murdered goose that lays the golden eggs back to life, or at least keep it on life support for long enough for you to squeeze some more cents out of it. Will it use $600 worth of RAM? Maybe. You use the programs, if it needs the RAM, get it. If I had $600 worth of RAM $550 of it would be sitting there flicking its plums 24/7.
