If it's just for poker, and by that you mean a site or two and no extra poker software that places very heavy demands on it, then you can get pretty much any modern computer so long as it has the ports you need for your two monitors. Whether or not you can get a machine with dual monitors all for $800 (CAN?) as you seem to suggest, I have no idea.

I want a decent build, but I am going to have a bit of poker software on there, equilab/PT4, and running around 8-16 tables, and maybe playing videos on the side
