Hello

I'm getting my new mac partitioned to run windows (latest version) Hold em Manager and play on a number of sites.

How many megs do I need to run effectively.

Sorry I'm computer illiterate - but its a new mac.

thanks in advance

Do you have a current machine? You could check how much space is being used by your poker programs on that. It's been a while since I played but my guess is the hand database is going to be the biggest space hog. How big is the HD and what are you using the Mac for?

The HD drive is 2 terabytes. I'm using the Mac for work and personal.

Wouldn't you think 300gigs is enough?

How much could the hand database be - its all text isn't?

300 is probably more than enough, you should be able to change it later on if it isn't, or use a fast external hard drive.

Hell, I'm only using 500 g of my 2 tb on my iMac, your milage may vary of course...
