Obv no one has reported the bug to them. At least there's neither a chatlog nor an email itt. Thus I start to believe this thread is a big level.

Well it's kind of a vicious circle thing. The lack of trustworthiness, the scandals, the software glitches, the fact they're ****ing people over, etc. will chase away the smarter, more sensible players, which will make UB a softer site packed with mouth breathers, which will in turn attract good players, who know they bear a greater risk but are expecting a greater ROI in return.

this is kind of crazy, but i dun't think there is enough to say he is a cheater, especially since he is playing the same way on full tilt as he was playing on AP. also fwiw, he is up 160k in sng's and down about 120k in cash games. so he is a winning player but just plays very fishy

Also there is the fact he has 88 runner runners in like only 150k hands- I sincerely doubt the RNG is suspect, so he is certainly on heater in the cash, and moreover, getting his money in bad just as much as your average player at those stakes

Respected posters have confirmed it, where is the level? Judging by your other posts about UB you are very faithful to it so no matter what proof people will provide you will end up with some sort of justification for playing there anyway. The most likely one "yeah but every palce has software glitches. Also I don't think they would cheat me at my level, so the pros outweigh the cons for me."

I've never blamed OP to not telling the truth. Ofc it sounds reasonable there's a software glitch occuring atm like it happens to most rooms from time to time. I'm sure you've also found the post where I wondered about the silly video evidence, haven't ya?

What I'm just wondering about ITT - maybe you can explain this to me - why is there a 120+ postings thread full of rumors, complaints, opinions and bla 'bout the fcn nonsense video but not one single email reply or a chatlog? Amirite assuming no one has ever reported the bug to CEREUS/UB? If not, why don't we read anything about it? Why are you the 1st person ITT trying to somehow comment ... oh wait, you actually didn't comment my request but try to put me in a bad light.

Something is curious here. If I'd notice any kinda software glitch or whatever bug the very first thing I did was to get in touch with a tech guy or general supp, even as a unl player where it's about cheeseburgers and my opponents most likely wouldn't benefit of the issue or somehow exploit me. That's what the live chat is there for, and in case they couldn't help me I'd contact 'em by mail.

How about answering my primary question now? Does anyone have reported the bug to them (chat or mail), and what has been the answer? Or is a reply still pending? If no one has done it yet - wtf?

Finally, FYI, the bug doesn't ever occur at unl 6max.

Of course it's actually happening and of course support knows about it.

Holy ****. If you want to know whether UB staff knows, how about emailing them yourself with a link to this thread they will either say;

A.) We have been notified of the problem and our tech support has been working hard to identify the cause and resolve it. We at UB believe integrity of the games is of utmost importance.

It's one thing to play on there whatever money>ethics. It is completely naive to try and justify it by saying "chat log> video", "have any of you contacted support? Yes? No? Show me proof", "it doesn't happen at the micros/small stakes".

Dude wtf is your problem? There is a software glitch, it was made a thread of it, so where is the problem to put all available information itt? Isn't this what this thread was made for? Or was it just frustration and bashing purposes?

You know, I play on UB and I've heard a lot of **** about them, and I'm interested how their staff handles the issue and how prompt they react, and also if the tech supp chat guys are able to help you and so on. Just the same mail replys that are posted in every other thread about a software/connec issue I've ever seen on 2+2.

Ie on FTP I guess you wouldn't hear anything for the first 10+ days at least and then they'd tell you with a standard mail "oh well obv you're having trouble with your connection, not our problem gtfo'". I want to know the important things about this whole thing and I'm not interested in what ppl think why we would need a ridiculous video.

I'm not trying to troll itt or derail it or wtf else, I'm just interested in the facts. So ne reason to post assumptions on how they prob would have responded, but very good reasons to simply post the mails/chatlog. I can't get it why it is such a problem to put the info I asked for itt. If it was a problem, well then please tell me why. Feel free to PM me if you don't want to say it here.

There comes a point when an event happens which would be so improbable to have been caused by X that it was more likely caused by the very unlikely Y.

In this instance the chance of a fish winning this amount is soo low that it is more likely you were cheated.

Think of it like Jesus performing a miracle, for every miracle there was a probabilty it was randomly induced by existing phenomina but this was so low that people decided it was more likely Jesus was the son of god and that he caused the miracles.

This post is ridiculous. I haven't been near UB in years for obvious reasons. Other people and new players in particular are not as up to speed with the shady history involved. The last thing we need is another huge scandal and players being ripped off, particularly those new to online poker.

Wishing ruin on those who may be more ignorant to you on online-pokers short history is hardly what is called for. People need to be educated, and I do however agree anyone playing there is mad.
