IMO it is inconceivable for escrow $$ to be "stolen" by someone and it not be the 3rd party's fault undeniably. Couple scenarios a) ppl ship to a stars escrow account gets hacked regardless on escrow. b) 2 ppl hand a third party escrow for a last longer in a tourney and escrow loses it degening or loses his wallet still on escrow. c) 2 party's ship to an escrow for NCAA tourney which the third party is to dispurse funds at the agreed upon completion of tourney. If one party requests funds and the other party wasn't aware then its on the escrow. If both parties agreed then its not on escrow very simple. But the escrow can not ever be stolen without being liable short of robbery (which would be very gray area. Sorry to clutter but I'm not gonna repeat my credentials or reasoning for finding this interesting feel free to ignore me but this is a very unique situation. If u guys are seeking other opinions don't listen to me obv don't listen to 75% of Skype participants. Just talk to admo, cts and Ike and you'll be good. RBK not to be condescending but I have an acronym its fwp used to be. kind of a big deal. I like u tho. Edit: is the reasoning why jestein wasn't the escrow important at all?
