we all agreed upon a % divided up in fair amounts......brandon did get less....mainly because he was the one freerolled in a last ditch heads up 10k session.....and pretty much everyone agreed that it shouldnt be counted equally......everyone is still owed plenty......and im pretty sure everyone will get paid......and brandonw as paid approx 1600

Basically not only did I get totally freerolled, but now I get paid over a longer period of time just because some group of people (without me knowing) said so. Had I lost I'm sure my money would've gotten distributed equally. So I just get freerolled in two different ways now? Great.

Hi, let me preface my post by A) ive been following this thread for 2ish years B) im drunk .... i have many opinions on many issues that have come up over the years but never inclined enough to post. I wasnt the sharp tool in the box with limp and totally respect keeping things private BUTTT I needed to register to address something .... the limp nnb(mib) escrow by hdipxx is insanely ****ed from an outsider... im no big internet expert so no quotes but mib and limp made futures on ncaa and mib and limp agree to a 25K mib and 10-15k escrow from limp to jestein. next thing the escrow is hdipxx even tho jestein has the best rep ever why the switch? AGAIN I have no insider info in fact i dont care for mib and have played him and bk in HU grudge matches.. i wait for this issue to get addrressed publicly then i read hdipxx apparently sent escrow to a limp runner?!? so did hdipxx receive each escrow ? send mib escrow to someone else? hdip smells funny .....and hi

i have a few thoughts on the topic but i'm a bit tired so they may come off disorganized or scattered.

i wasn't in the chat when the final deal was arranged but i believe the skype chat history will show i actually argued in favor of you getting an equal share when it was first brought up.

however since then i have a few conflicting thoughts on this matter.

for the record i would like to point out when the limp situation was being discussed and i had zero financial interest i argued just based on my personal feelings on what is fair/right in these situations that people that lost to limp in that last week SHOULD NOT be expcted to pay the people that won from him that week.

therefore had you lost to skill in the 10K home game i would not have said that you should be forced to pay the full 10K if anything since had you won you would not get paid, therefore at least from my perspective you were not getting freerolled in that regard.

i think the real issue is that our home games are 2/4 PLO and 20/40 hom games where the buy in ranges from $400 to 1K at the most.

so the fact that on the side you 2 were playing a freeze out for more then 10x the normal buy in should be considered.
i mean its just not right to expect the rest of us who have nothing to do with it to assume responsibility that you collect on a heads up freeze out for exponentially higher stakes.

if tomorrow chris and jared decide to play a 20K freeze out and one gets stiffed there is no chance in hell i'm going to help pay their win out of my pocket or out of my wins.

i personally voiced some concerns to indafastlane when skill games balance got to above -10K and had i known you guys were going to play a 10K HU freeze out i def would've made it clear that you needed to either verify the funds were ok or take full responsibility for the match, as obv the chances of something fishy going down are exponentially higher in a situation like that.

anyways like i said the only time i ever discussed it in skype chat i was actually on your side for the most part however now that i think about it more i believe its unfair for you to expect the rest of us who are playing $400 buy ins and 1K limit games to assume responsibility for a 10K heads up freeze out non of us even knew you were playing.
