if this guy is going around changing his name/identity on multiple sites and has a history of scamming, sitting around hoping he decides to come back and make good seems absurd.

How do you post a link to a post on 2+2, but just that single post, not the whole thread? There are some funny posts by getdaCHIPS. And funny posts from (former) regs in this thread making fun of him. And it seems he got banned for PMing people telling them he was soon to be a mod of THIS forum and that he bet thousands in here and that he wanted to do a swap. I guess his scamming has gotten a little more refined over the years.

I'm sure its the lawyer in me, but I think we might have a valid claim in court. The bigger question is collecting if you're able to get a judgment. I also don't know the state law (or federal; or remember much of anything regarding contract law for that matter) governing these (or any) types of contracts. Nor do I have the time or energy to actually file a suit (especially for the amount that is owed to me), but I wouldn't mind doing the research behind it if someone else is willing to file and attempt to get him served. Anyone else from california and has nothing to do/doesn't mind wasting a bunch of time that might be futile etc.? LMK.

RBK, I could be wrong but a true broke degen isn't going to care about some website. Its only the people that have a career, family, something to lose etc. He might be one of those people, but doesn't sound like it.
