I wasn't aware that i need a certain amount of posts to call out two people who are obviously out of line, I apologize. klink10k has made some pretty big accusations against durrrr both here and on twitter, to which two shae seems to agree. Beating midstakes NL is in my opinion not enough qualification to make such accusations against a very successful HS player.

As to who i am, im a live midstakes pro, i said that in the first sentence i posted in this forum. I am a decent underdog in most mid-highstakes online games i think, but i make decent money in live games.

I dont know about most of your actions but some of your actions that i know and can speak of have been pretty lol. I mean even if the guy is trying to dodge you, by doing certain things you gave him the chance to present his dodging as a situation you seemed to agree to.

How does Harrington get away with all this multiaccounting and cheating without the pokersites or community stopping him?

Jman called him out for cheating in this runitonce video http://www.runitonce.com/plo/phil39/. Another source http://www.highstakesdb.com/forum/62...ople-and-sauce

Pokerstars /FTP have usually put strong examples out of those breaking the rules before but seems defenseless vs him and ipokerparty.

How can we as a community protect the integrity of the games better and stop cheating that give online poker a bad reputation? Would be nice if Jman or Durrr/Ike as sponsored pro's chimed in on the subject.

And before blaming DOJ, Harrington is supposed to have at least 4 accounts on each site.

I heard a story about a guy who made millions playing poker, then it wasn't enough, so he would play 200/400 PLO with multiple accounts at the same time, three people in the same room, him directing all the action, using wireless cards on FTP. Then he rolled the other guys that were in on it for the tiny share they were supposed to get. That guy, unfortunately, was never caught. Maybe someone with first hand knowledge would like to comment more?

Ya the next question is if it stops at multiaccounting.. Yet no one seems to care enough to stop it.. Seems like a perfect way to make sure online highstakes stops running..

When did this thread change from HSNL players chat about **** to randoms talk about rumors they heard about HSNL players?

Rumors? Incredible trustworthy sources, jman, sauce, fullflush, others, and its a Highstake issue. Not much different from discussing Durrr challenge or UB scandal imo.

Just a little PSA about Vdara--

I had some security guy come to my room about 90 minutes ago informing me he had to kick me out and I had to go straighten out payment with the front desk. Meanwhile, less than 24 hours before, I went to the front desk to inform them that I had lost my credit card and had to cancel it, and handed over a different card for the remaining charges. The lady told me they wouldn't bill me until I checked out, so this wasn't necessary as I'd have my replacement credit card by that time.

Anyway, I go down there and give them my new card. I ask them for a copy of the bill and they finally produce one. This is the ~10th time I've asked and they finally give me one. I have ~6 emails back and forth where I ask for a bill before I came out here, they send back an email saying here it is attached blah blah. Two of the times, there is not even an attachment on the email. The other four, the file was corrupted and would not open. I tried opening it on iphone, mac, and PC with no success.

Unsurprisingly, when I do get the bill, they charged me 2xxx more than I agreed to (I booked over the phone). They charged me the $25/day resort fee even though they specifically said it was already included in the rate. They also charged the 12% tax every day instead of only the first 30 days. Additionally, every day after the first 30 days, they charged me the prevailing nightly rate rather than the quoted long-term rate.

Eventually I got all of the excess charges removed, but only after wasting a solid 5 hours between phone calls, emails, and time at the front desk.

Moral of the story: Check your bill, because they are all ****ing scum and realize most people never look. Had I not lost my credit card, I never would have gone to the front desk in the first place and discovered the extra charges.

It should be common sense to ignore any posts from people with less than 100 posts who don't identify themselves outright. The NVG forum is in existence for that purpose.

Brutal. As anyone who follows me on Twitter is probably aware of (lol), I've been a bit underwhelmed by Vdara this summer. Service is just pretty meh in general, cafe in particular seems poorly run (worst was one time when I ordered a smoothie and the barista gave it to some other guy lol), the blackout curtain thing doesn't bother me as much as others but is an issue, and getting skipped over for M Life platinums in the valet line despite being here 48 nights or so is pretty annoying. Don't think I'd stay again next summer.

I got one stay at Vdara underpriced , so doesn't always go against you, but yeah, they should pay more attention to numbers

lol damnit, flying in tomorrow.

that's unfortunate about the vdara service I was really happy with them before. Never staying at the aria. Got **** on by them and the valet service.

Where do you think you'll stay from now on?
