can't be that bad or krantz's credibility is forever lost as its another case of chip dumping similar to what krantz did with fwf a while back at 500/1000.

i think the latter is more likely since i haven't seen someone min 3-bet multiple times hu at nosebleeds in a very very long time, and this show and krantz's first time back at those stakes makes for one curious coincidence.

sadly, i think i do. i actually wanted to see a real reality show. one that was fair and accurate about the online world and risk taking within it, not just another scripted show dubbed reality. you guys had footage with big downswings and didn't show it despite it probably being the most interesting thing anyone could watch.

it actually is insanely accurate, as you'll see when it airs. come on man. i'm a 2+2 moderator, i'm the founder and lead instructor of a training site. i have a responsibility to the game and to online poker. there are about 30 something ppl working on this show who are extremely proud about how accurate the poker is actually going to be. it would be great if we won something, or if we hit 2 million, but at the end of the day losing tons is just as interesting. no one cares what the damn results are. unfortunately, i'm not allowed to talk about how we're doing, so you'll just have to watch when the show airs.

did viffer play me because of the show? yes, obviously, he didn't show up out of nowhere, we set up a heads up match online. he's playing ansky today live, also. i was stuck 200k at one point and ready to quit before i sucked out in a huge pot and he went on bajunky tilt. those are the facts, you're entitled to your opinion but i am sure that you will think otherwise after seeing it.

who cares if it's staged? it doesn't matter, it's better for online poker. we want ppl dumping bunches of $ online trying to replicate..

i don't doubt you as a very good player and an upstanding member of this forum, but i did take offense to what you did with FWF awhile back and felt it very unethical. so when something fishy comes up after that, it is hard not to assume the worst. maybe that isn't too hard to appreciate. i would never claim i was sure i was right, i simply said that it seemed likely it was fishy in my own estimation (which probably means pretty little to most people). that being said, i will watch the show either way, i just wish it to be real and feel like there is real risk involved. i think losing is the most interesting possible result for the show and don't get why you guys don't show footage from your last attempt at a show that could show the downsides.

believe me, the original pilot was awesome and i'd love love love to show it but that's out of my hands, the network axed it b/c it wasn't shot in HD, was in a different house and it had FWF instead of Ansky. they've said that they might put out some clips on a dvd or as web content, potentially.

either way, the original pilot was just one episode. the full series is 10 episodes, and i'm not allowed to comment on specifics (Comcast will put me in a hut in Siberia), but needless to say, i'm sure one or more of us get absolutely bludgeoned in there at some point :-)

When you keep saying FWF, do you mean PartyGirlUK?

Ansky is that better looking? I thought FWF was all personal trainer and awesome these days?

viffer almost folded k9 on j10qxx board against durrrr. what are the chances that he agreed to play headsup against one of the best at 500/1k? more likely case is that he agreed for 5/10 or 10/20 worth at 500/1k. but i'm sure this will be more exciting for casual viewers and i will watch it regardless. hope ur show succeeds, gl

insideman reminds me of someone who would be voted biggest teachers pet. he reminds me of someone where if the entire class agreed to skip class on a particular day, HE would be the one to show up. insideman reminds me of one of those over-protective parents who make their children have a midnight curfew until they're 25 years old.

insideman's future posts will now say, "This message is hidden because insidemanpoker is on your ignore list."

ah didn't know the pilot was only one episode, thought they axed a lot more filming than that so thanks for clarifying krantz.

also wasn't aware that a reason they axed it was because it wasn't filmed in HD. i thought g4 didn't even have an hd channel? i've never seen it at least, and i recently got fios and i still haven't seen g4hd despite having like every other hd channel there is.
