I know this should prolly be posted in the staking forum, but that forum is generally for lowstakes.

After a huge downswing in poker, I'm finding it very hard to play my A game and am very very stressed out about poker/life. Stress is killing me and making poker/life really unenjoyable. I'm hoping that getting backed alleviates some of this stress and makes poker enjoyable for me again.

Here are my graphs for all hu hands and 2nd one is all hu hands this year. I don't have a huge sample for all hands b/c I got a new computer this year and only have some of the hands that I've backed up somehow.

I played tournaments only for like 2-3 months and i took most of June off from poker, which is why my total hu hands for 2009 is only 30k. Also, I only included my hu graphs in this thread as I want to be primarily backed for that and will only be playing 6max games if there are good games running and all that good stuff.

you dont need to punch them in the face, and you dont need to write on here pretending you will. what you do need to do, is say something to their face. subtly say "can you stop talking please" or "i hate it when people talk about the internet at the table" or something very obvious to them, but not to the fish.

as a bit of an aside, it really is pathetic how nobody here feels it necessary to hold people accountable for their actions at live events. im not talking about cracking them in the nose, im talking about making their lives as difficult as they deserve to be. i literally dont know anything more about noah schwartz than he "stole 30k" and i really wanna go up to any table i see of his and tell everyone hes sitting with that hes a filthy cheater. you can best believe if i was ashman, or even knew him, that everytime i saw noah i would look him in the eyes and loudly say pay your debts back you low-life cheater. the people involved with neverwin, tell him what a ****in drug addict loser he is. tell men nguyen hes an absolute joke thats going to hell. ask people wearing a ub patch how much they got paid to sell their soul. tell the guys at your table dancing around like an ******* after sucking out on the nice old man that hes classless. but dont come on here acting mad as hell and then mutter under your breath about it. (not directed at primo, directed at a lot of people). im not saying be a tough guy, im just saying we need to make people accountable for their actions in the poker world. it might just make a difference, and even if it doesnt, its very therapeutic to feed people the **** they deserve to eat.

There are several very good reasons why I elected to not make a scene and none of them have anything to do with it hurting my chances of collecting what is owed.

i'm pretty sympathetic to this. i started up a "pay back ashman" chant at noah's final table, called out ADZ for being a dick at the table (when there were no fish around who'd get upset at the scene), etc. but the more i do stuff like this, the more i realize it's not at all productive. you feel good, the guy feels bad, his rep's never really that stained, and it can cause an unpleasant scene sometimes.

i truthfully think that if you want to alert people to another poker player's indiscretions, you do so by telling people when he's not around. it sounds slimy but normally if you cause a big fight people don't really care who's right, they just assume that both people are being unreasonable. it's kind of a "don't argue w/fools because people from a distance can't tell who is who" situation.
