The absurdity of this situation defies logic. Jungleman and Viffer wager on something, with a designated arbitrator. Now, Viffer has decided that the arbitrator is no longer fit to arbitrate, and now he's trying to wager tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars against him and his ruling? It's like going to court, losing, then betting the judge 300k that his interpretation of the law is wrong and that a different judge will agree.

What's really surprising is how Dwan is left off the hook. Can no one reach him and ask what his intentions are so everyone can try and settle?

There doesn't need to be signed contract. Verbal contract's are just as binding, so your point of there not being one is moot (I guess that is what you're trying to say by saying "show me a signed copy of the contract")

Or are you now, all of a sudden, claiming there was an agreement about time constraints?

These matches are showing that 10k's of hands is too much. Yes variance is longer than that but if you do have a serious edge you will ruin someone's life roll at these stakes. Make the matches shorter or lower stakes. Not everybody has the class of Sauce to keep playing hemorrhaging money.

You do realize you need to escrow as well? I hope you understand your word means next to nothing these days. Have you even escrowed the money for ZJ bet? I believe Shaun Deeb told he is NOT vouching for you and also that you haven't escrowed.

I'm not sure if anyone called Viffer to task for this, but what he states is only true during the regular season. During the playoffs and World Series a game will be suspended and then continued at the next available weather permitting time. It could be a couple of hours or in a worst case scenario a couple of days.

At any rate these bets are not null and void.

I would equate the durrrr/jungleman challenge to a playoff scenario rather than regular season as there is nothing regular about this.

Or perhaps equate to a whole season bet where you are trying to pick the winner of the Super Bowl or World Series at the beginning of the season.

PLease confirm we have a bet with the same stipulations as zeejustin. It also includes a 10% crawfish fee ( back out ).

Justin has a list of arbitrators, waiting for him to chose.

3 different things to arbitration, tbh I think virtually everyone thinks you owe all 3
