Viffer has a serious case of tunnel vision, selective reading and an inability to think rational. He stands to lose a lot of money and wants to treat this like a basketball game that ended abruptly with a 9.0 earthquake in the first quarter of a tie game.....

You accused Jungleman of making bets and then attempting to back out of them. This entire thread has revolved around your attempt to back out of a bet you made.

You accused Jungleman of not answering any of your questions, but have not responded to questions surrounding the recent text message conversation Jungleman posted where you say you will honor all bets.

You say no reasonable person agrees with Jungleman. ZeeJustin, Kanu, and dozens of other posters agree with Jungleman here (myself included) -- are you saying none of those people are reasonable?

You MUST see the blatant hypocrisy in all of this which is making it tough for anyone to take you seriously...

It would be a lot better if Viffer got to settle this argument with one person, rather than facing a billion attacks all at once. It's simply too much for most people arguing against several people with several different lines of arguments at once.

he's talking about americans who didn't logout and kept playing until like 4/17 or whatever. and afaik it was confirmed in NVG that GCG is paying people based on what their balance was whenever they logged out for the last time after BF, not necc what it was on exactly 4/15. (even though that is diff from what their official statement has been)

i could play until 4/18. the GCG website says they are paying out people based on 4/15 balances but people in NVG are reporting differently. i lost a pretty significant amount on 4/17 and 4/18 so i want to make sure that GCG is actually honoring all post-BF play before i agree to their #.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if you got freerolled by playing after black friday.

I would not be surprised if he is close to broke and doesnt care about his reputation anymore. Almost no chance that he is NOT hurting for money.

Let's be fair to Viffer here. In litigation, you zealously advocate for your position, even if you ultimately are going to lose. You only get sanctioned when you make bad faith arguments. I don't think that it is scummy for Viffer to argue tooth and nail for his position as long as he is ultimately willing to submit his case to a neutral decision maker. Bottom line: it would be dumb for Viffer to agree with everyone arguing the other side. He is just advocating for his side.

Jungleman, After black friday could you have paid off if you were down and owed me 300k? Didnt you need to get staked to continue to play popker? Didnt you take down the escrow money? Didnt you ask me to barrow money to play in a poker game?

Y9u had to get staked to play after black friday, and to play the challenge, if you were loosing you might not of been able to get staked and would be like alot of toher guys that got there dreams ruined by the doj.
