I can`t see him follow up with a bluff here, becasue the board hit my range pretty good and on the other side i know that it hit his range good aswell.
The J was obviously a good card for me, but still i have to give up, or?

LOL. What has 2+2 come to? There is no good strategy posts here anymore, all the great posters have clammed up. Every hand is just habitual FPS. Why don't you Bluff all in and pray he does not have QQ, a Jack or a King.

Fold anything other than AA and KK to avoid being owned. Sometimes call with QQ/AK if you're feeling frisky
