runs at the casino here once a month, there is about 10-15 regular's who will play but if your lucky you can get there early and get on the list before most of them show up.

Leading otf is very unnecessary imo.
I also agree that BB has 7 fulls here a lot and i think flop is a fold.
I would continue if you had a combo draw instead of just the straight.
