I personally dont see how anyone could ever vote for her to be a representative for women poker players. She is the epitome of every bad stereotype about women players. She is highly emotional, berates other players(ESP WOMEN!) and is a sore winner and loser.
I play at Foxwoods among lots of people that have played with her often and I dont know anyone that has a kind word to say about her
I take the word 'loonier' as an endearment in this case. I am a fan and I admire her and her ability. I also cannot think of one friend I have who is a Top100 in the world player (using the GPI) who does
not like her or her play.
The only way a lot of people can explain her play/moves is by saying she is bad. But what is really happening is they just don't think about poker at the level she does and therefore cannot understand what she is doing. Not saying that I understand everything she does all the time. Just pointing this out.
And I don't think that her being emotional about poker makes her a bad role model or anything. What she does and how she reacts is no different from other top male professionals who are considered the industry favorites.
