not the most mature, but very satisfying, esp after all the s+++ i've taken playing live.

This reminds of a night I was playing cash at borgata with an insufferable jackass. He was berating everyone, chattering incessantly about how good he is/how much bigger he plays, etc. I headphoned up and played out the session. I was in line behind him to cash out and he turned to explain:
I'm not a jerk in real life, only at poker tables to annoy others."
To which I replied, "how exactly is this not real life?"

What is the point of typing in "you just got beat by a girl" after winning?

Sat down @ a table, guy next to me says 'boy, you got a big ole ass on you' (this is at Commerce).
I am 5'6" and 128, so I know he is just trying to get under my skin. I tell him yes, I do with a smile and that he would be so lucky as to get up on my big ole ass. He keeps it up for a few more minutes but I am a little older and have heard this crap before so when he doesn't get his desired response, he stops.

20 minutes later another woman sits down who has a very large chest. Once she arranges her chips, I say - 'watch out for seat 6'. She asks why and I tell her that he will probably start talking about her chest since he has been fascinated with my ass.

The table busted up and not a peep was heard from him again.... Unfortunately I have too many similar stories of being told things like this and I find humor to be the best response. It helps that I have a pretty sick sense of humor and it seems to simultaneously diffuse the situation without it getting contentious. If there are pigs at the table, I want happy ones not angry ones....

Save it for HUHU. The only player still around to hear this in a tourney will be the one who got second, and he/she'll be so happy with the 2nd place money that he/she won't give a f#$& what you say.

And I was just about to say how I NEVER seem to encounter any female "chat box gangsters" online............

Playing live in a pub poker league, very aggressive loose player in early position goes all in -- I had KK - - middle position. I was the only one who called. He was used to stealing blinds, and would do it early and often (until people had played with him for more than ten minutes.) He flips over his cards -- he has A - rag. Board helped him nada, and when I won, he says, VERY loudly, "I wanted you to have all my chips, sweetie" as he winks. Yeah, right!

I've never seen ladies treated badly at the table or been shot at with gender-specific raging.

Then again, I play in a small room that has exactly two females who are regulars, and they are both tough as nails winning regs who flatten all comers on a consistent basis.

Reading this thread makes it annoying to not be female. Hearing about these droolers makes me feel like my gender leaves me in poor company. :P
