Im sure this has been noticed be regulars on here but i was glad to see that the lottery, PA and NJ all contacted the doj and strongly stated their position regarding the new doj ruling on the wire act.

I really liked the part about an investigation to see if Adelson was behind the reversal of opinion. They mentioned him by name in the letter to the doj lol.

Hopefully this helps. Gambling is going nuts in the US right now. Land casino and sports betting bills are getting submitted and passing all over the place. If we can get this new ruling problem fixed, it still looks to me like we could get online poker back in a pretty big way.

Of course, we still have the problem that theres not much money in online poker, but i think they can easily throw it in with all of this other stuff being legalized.

Heres the link to the PA/NJ article. The lottery article is on google.

I wonder why the NV AG wasn't in on this. As a NV wsop.com player i'm worried we only have a few months left of shared liquidity, maybe even online poker at all in the state. Everyday I expect to hear paypal is pulling out.
