I eat lots of fruit (apples, bananas, oranges, grapes, mandarins), yoghurt, soy & linseed toast, dried berries (kind of like lollies but better for you & full of antioxidants), tuna, crackers & generally wraps or stir fry for lunch + lots of water!
Basically anything rich in protein will curb your hunger.
I'm a SNG grinder so I normally eat every hour on the 5 min breaks which works perfectly toward reducing appetite & speeding up your metabolism
