I've just moved up from Toronto to Beijing and I am looking to meet some other keen players who live in the area! Some female friends would be nice since it is always guys that are on the tables. I hope we can play together!

Maybe you can go to the casino from there you will meet new friends. I prefer gambling in Macau since I have a lot of casino options compared to Beijing.

Poker scene in Beijing is very much alive. a lot of poker festival upcoming and is all legal.
They have poker rooms and offer tournaments.
I recommend Runner Runner Poker and Chocolate Club.
