Im pretty sure Liz Lieu (Prahlad Friedman's ex) beats 20/40 PLO at Commerce. So yeh they exist but are super rare.

I've seen one asian girl at EPT Vienna this year and she was crushing PLO cash games. Don't know her name but she was good.

Melissa Burr is a well known high stakes mixed game player on the East Coast. She also became the first female in WSOP history to cash in the $50k Players Championship this past summer. Here's a short interview she gave once they got in the money but prior to her 7th place finish for $165k.
