Hi Guys, I'm working with Grayson since February and have worked almost 40 hrs together, I really enjoyed his lessons because he has a lot of experience given that he spends a lot of time to review the hands of many players and knows very well the general pool's tendencies and how i can exploit my opponents. I see with Gray even important things like icm's spots and bankroll managment.. he is also a mental coach and not only for me. it's like a brother to ask for any type of advice

Had several guys e-mail me this week; if I haven't responded yet I'm currently chatting with a couple other potential students but will respond soon. Depending on how those talks result, I may have 1 more available roster slot before month's end or will be full until November. Post here/DM or email at "gnichols22@gmail.com" to inquire about long term coaching. If my roster is full when you contact me, you'll go to the top of the wait list.

Look forward to hearing from you guys,

Grayson

Hey guys,

I have been part of 2p2 community from time and have had many coaches during the period I have played poker.

At no point in my poker playing days that have spanned a decade have I found a more helpful coach than Gray.

I learned a lot from coaches and videos before starting with Grayson but I was merely learning strategy to win and masking the fundamentals of NLHE that actually make you a good player and those that stand the tests and challenges of a ever-changing poker landscape.

... I might as well have been a bot before. I had major leaks that kept me in the mediocity of MTT player pools after I stopped playing 180 mans and jumped into MTTs with sporadic success.

Basically, I was like the people who need to make a realistic oil painting in Photoshop for instance so they go watch a youtube video and mimic the strategy of going about it, not realising how narrow that approach is and that tooling yourself up with the basics is far more important to execute the appropriate logical response to any action in any given spot.

Gray repeatedly honed in me these basics and how they dictate all other macro-math and thus the strategy of the whole game. It took many lessons and with each lesson there is improvement. I repeatedly find that after a string of lessons there is always a watershed moment that occurs by itself because.... it has to....given your understanding of the game is improving.

I have taken close to 40hrs (might be a lot more) of coaching from Grayson and each week I have multiple deep runs to choose from for reviewing and actually can't wait for sessions during some weeks!!

Whatever the leaks in your game are, Gray's approach just finds them. Mine were so 'insurmountable' in my own head that I never even wanted to address some of them. Good thing Gray is also mental coach as mentioned above. I can 2nd that for sure. He taught me the simplest of factors to think about while playing and with that comes everything else - ranges, bet sizing, bluffing, ICM, BRM, intuitive spots that are ahead of the curve.

I have had more consistent success since my coaching with Gray began than I ever did any other year.

All in all Grayson is an awesome, approachable and smart person!

ETA: Just wanted to add that his approach does not only stand up to the test of time, it has stood up to every BI level that I have thus far played.

Hello all

Few months ago i decided that i need to hire a coach for improving my game... After searching a lot of offers and reviews on the market i did choose Grayson. What i can say now after like 12+ hours of coaching is that all the positive reviews witch made me choose him are totally true. He is a very professional coach/player who will make you think way better in different spots and process a poker hand in the right way. Hand analysis/bankroll management/game selection are all very good covered in the coaching sessions. I' m very happy with my decision to collaborate with him and after seeing the results for sure i will continue on this road.

Hey,

Just posting to thank Grayson for his continued support and help in Poker recently. Although I just play recreationally and sporadically our lessons really paid off over september when I was able to win a 215 powerfest event on Party poker for $55,000 and a $109 to Carribean Party Poker Package oh and a $530 to $17k PCA package!

Cheers mate ! can't wait till i get some time to play again !

Hi all
Im in mid-coaching with Grayson (5th lesson) and its been well so far.
He also helps outside the coaching session which is great, you can BOOM him a hand at any time it he will eventually respond.
I think thats now that he only coaches and not playing make him somewhat sharper than the other coaches, as he sees a lot of hands a day and knows all the students arguments for a play and all their weak spots.

In short, Very recommended.

To my students who posted above, I really do appreciate the kind words, each post brought a smile to my face. I've been fortunate to work with all of you guys for so long and watch you improve as a poker player every week, I'm truly grateful to get to work with you all (tis the Thanksgiving season!).

I will be adding 1 or 2 new students after the holidays this week, so keep the inquiries coming. I prefer working with people who are serious about improving their game and looking for a long term mentorship/student relationship. Can reach me by posting in thread, DM, or e-mail at gnichols22@gmail.com as always.

Looking forward to hearing from you all,

Grayson

Awesome job, Chris, so happy for you, bud! PCA is going to be a blast This post really hit home, as I've had many people ask whether poker can be a profitable side-income, and I would say Chris is the perfect example of that potential.

Keep the inquiries coming. Will add 1-2 new students before Christmas time. Look forward to hearing from you all.

I needed to come in here and give review ver 2.0 for Gray.

The guy knows adjustment and combined with his knowledge of the fundamentals of MTTs (trust me they are the same fundamentals expensive software like Pio and the likes of HRC are built upon) he is on a different level when it comes to navigating volumes of MTT poker.

I have a thread on pg&c where you can see the runs and progress in a wager. I have started playing on Indian sites and in a 24-30hr period FT'd 11 times or there abouts and a couple of FT bubbles (after some coaching specifically for those sites from Gray) and the deep runs just keep coming including a 2nd in the Big 22 40K a couple days ago but most importantly - these runs have reduced variance between big scores drastically.

No more double black diamond slope downswing after hitting a big one. It's more like fortifying that win with applying the same work ethic and not just taking shots at big BIs etc. The usual BRM stuff a lot of regs and recs forget for a while after a big score.

Gray's coaching is excellent. Sometimes I have the last table of a session and 15-20bb and feel demotivated and B, C game is about to creep in before I hear Gray's voice from some session a week ago and suddenly, win or loose, I spring back to A game.

Essentially what happened in the Big 22....I passed a lot of marginal spots and even somewhat standard jam spots because I have been taught to value my stack to even 1BB by Gray and was on a soft table draw. Eventually did win a flip the hard way and never looked back.

In fact as soon as this happened, the following is what I wrote in a Skype study group I have with 2 friends. This about the time when 400 odd players are still left in the game.

The RNG GOAT is actually referring to what we call in Indian sites 'RRRNG' Random Runner Runner Number Generator because oh my days do you get some strange things happening on those sites that happen like once in 6 months on Stars. So what do you know, Gray has tweaked my strat for these tournaments based on a couple HHs we reviewed - Great adjustment!

Gray's psychological aspect of approaching a player when questioning ranges and trying to discern their logic for any spot and any play is by far the easiest way to ladder up the levels of MTT strategies from basic to advanced.

Hai again!

109 KO Chop

Challenge Beasted!

These are not one off scores. I am delivering profitable sessions, consistency and putting myself in contention for scores almost every time I play since before the challenge started.

My PG&Cthread

Cliffs: Getting coached by Gray >>> All those hyped up MTT masterclasses and whatever else is on the market.

Credit where credit is due. Big man ting!
