Sorry but this is a super standard fold for any decent player, it's a good play but definitely not impressive.

What's so standard about it? Also, I'm wondering what flop he wanted to see with this hand to continue playing.

It's so standard because he only has 1 of the tens in his hand, giving him TTTQ3, meaning if anyone else has a T he's likely to be behind by a large margin. I'm also assuming it was a limped pot, which means he doesn't want to face a lot of aggression without the nuts. It's not so much about "what flop he wants to see" but more about what flop villain wants to see, and villain here makes it quite clear he has a very strong hand. It would be difficult to continue without at least a JT/QT/KT/AT here.
