JSTAT is a kook, and given his ramblings about his blackjack counting system, it comes as absolutely no surprise that another system of his is a big steaming pile of doo-doo.

I expected trolls to come out of the woodwork flaming here. Trolls gonna troll, right? That's the downside of Two Plus Two Forums. This video teaches us how to beat limit hold'em poker and I prefer to discuss the strategy about this game. Also, sharing this video and my baccarat and blackjack card counting methods on the Movemakerjjcasino YouTube Channel without charge, gives me great joy. Over 450,000 views so far. I will debate any credible casino gambling authority concerning the validity of my methods. David Sklansky, Mike Caro, Lee Jones, Stanford Wong, Arnold Snyder, Michael Shackleford (The Wizard of Odds) or any established expert will be welcome with open arms. Tired of cowards hiding under alias names hurling false insults.

I am a long-term winner playing limit poker in the San Francisco Bay Area. Decided to share my strategy with the world after local player Pkrgssp (JW) suggested I do it. It has pre-flop, post flop, turn, and river strategy. Sorry you didn't learn.

Holding two suited cards and flop one lower pair (even top pair) on the board, we call if one or two of the other cards are suited. Fold with a lower pair (or top pair with a low kicker) and no chance of a back-door flush. We are hoping for trips or two pair on the turn. If we blank out, we fold, unless the turn card is suited. Going into the river we have at least one pair and a flush draw. Fold if we blank out on the river. The runner-runner flush is in play because we let it happen. Caught many opponents by surprise with this method.

all right man, i beleive you. I dont play limit and i dont know what the winning strategy would be, your play just looks nitty to me, but it could be that this is a good strategy in limit hold'em.

1. play all suited cards even if you make the 2nd nuts most of the time
2. When on a pair draw be sure to check call until you hit
3. There is no surprise in Limit poker

Your strategy is too exploitable and misses too much value by not betting pre-flop or as semi-bluffs. Good hand readers would tear you apart if you have 0% bluffs (lol). Playing tight is a good strategy, but poker is about being flexible and playing the player as well as the playing the cards.

Betting does several things: narrows the field, gains information, gives you the initiative so you can take down pots on the flop when you miss, and extracts value from your good hands - winning poker is aggressive poker, be it limit or no limit. It seems like you are advocating a weak-tight approach to to the game. Am I wrong?

We do not raise pre-flop (only raise with pocket aces) to not telegraph our hand. Why let the table know we have pocket kings or any strong hand? A tight-aggressive approach. Playing the player might work with no-limit, but in limit poker, it can lead to disaster. Some players are calling stations and can't be bluffed out of pots. A sound mathematical approach, as in this video, is the way to go.

lol, as someone who played a lot of limit hold'em before NL really started being spread on the east coast let me just say you probably couldn't beat a 2/4 game a decade ago playing this style.

You raise big hands for value. Who cares if they are telegraphed? It's not no limit so no one can exploit you even if they know their hand. Half the hands in limit poker may as well be played face up. This thread should be deleted.
