On the KQ hand I have seen plenty of situations where vill could be betting with AK, AQ, AJ, KJ, KQ even KT and turning his hand into a bluff. Like you say it's a good spot to bluff, and I don't see him having a full house very often. That decision seems to come down to the math but I think most players cant get away from KQ there.

Does that whole range you mention all turning hands into bluff?
I dont think villain turn his hand into a bluff with AK or KJ almost ever. And I think KT, AQ, AJ checks the turn more often than not.
Although villain might be betting AK or KJ for value sometimes, especially those that have a bluffy image.
