mine is roughly the same... i'd think you'd have to run pretty good to be positive in showdowns in hypers and be playing optimally

Dumb question, but on HEM it's very easy to see it on cash graphs, on tourney graphs we don't really have the option. Is there a way to do it like with filters or w/e?

you can have both be positive

mine is showdown winning about 75% of total winnings and 25% are non showdown. no idea whats optimal, many ways to skin a cat probably

yeah exactly, how do those winnings in themselves expose any leaks? for example, if you play alot against stations your value will come by showing down better hands, against nits you will have huge non SD winnings but will usually showdown a worse hand. pretty irrelevant info if you ask me.

Its just that most of the people who would have a positive showdown are too tight and want to get it in good too often. They end up losers because of how much they lose non showdown.

Well, in general, it's very opponent dependent - as people already said before, if you play against stations, your showdown winnings go up a lot - and if you mostly play against nits, then your non showdown winnings go up.

However, very high non-showdown winnings and low showdown winnings could also be the sign of a leak.

For instance, your turn and river bet sizes could be suboptimal, so you're making your opponents fold their marginal hands rather than look you up.

Or you don't allow your opponents to bluff often enough, for instance when all draws missed otr and you know that your opponent is aggressive, then check/calling to catch bluffs may be better than betting for thin value.

both should be positive, the ratio is gonna vary way too much to give a right answer but i think one should probably be making up about 1/5th of your winnings at least over large samples.

Another example where NSW's are high and SW's low is if you call river bets too often when you're beat. Folding would create negative NSW for this hand - and calling negative SW.
