30 hands in , villain raising 90% of buttons, a bit lagish post flop aswell.

my first three bet, is this a flat or fold?

Also if villain is opening 90% of buttons 3bet him sooner than hand 30 imo.

I'd fold. If this is your first 3 bet you're probably getting a lot of credit. In my experience he shows up with AQ, AK, JJ+ here a lot which pretty much crushes you.

This deep I default to a 3x 3 bet. Why do you think 3betting to 160 is better than 180?

Also what do you think villain's range is when he 4bets small?

without more reads i would estimate his range to be AQ+ 88+ making this a fold

I wouldn't 3bet without a solid hand and it's pretty easy to get dealt poor hands for the first 30 hands.
