What's does his opening range looks like?

Hello guys,
So last night I sat with this guy he played al of the hands in the sb
only opened about 20% and limped 80%.
He showed up after limping with Ax Kx and suited hands like J10s
Is my assumption correct that his opening range is polarized, with a lot of air?
I'd like to know your experience with these type of players.
