What should be my overall gameplan against this opponent? What should be my overall gameplan against this opponent?

On the Button opponent min-raises with about 70% of hands. If called he will barrel the flop half the time. If he checks flop and I bet the turn he will fold 20% of the time and raise 20% of the time. The other times he'll just call.

When in the BB he will fold to a min-raise half the time. The other half he'll play back. Of the times he plays back, 2/3 of the time he'll call and 1/3 of the time he'll 3-bet.

If I minraise and he calls and I bet 1/2 pot on the flop he'll fold a little bit less than 50% of the time (about 46%). The other times he's split between calling and raising. He's never donkbet before.

When facing a 3x 3-bet he'll fold half the time. Of the times he plays back, 2/3 he'll call and 1/3 he'll 4-bet.

This means he's 4-betting around 11.6% of total starting hands (sample size might not be big enough to conclude this). I think his 4-bets are a mixture of all-ins and non all-ins, but can't fully remember.

Opponent is a HU regular at $50+$2.50 who plays pretty much every day. It wouldn't surprise me if this was his day to day job. I usually look for other people to play, but I also want to get better and the way to get better is by playing tougher opponents.

Anything in his range that seems super exploitable? I can c-bet a lot, but not every hand, because he does have a brain and will adjust. Can't help but feel like his play is somewhat formula-ish. The way he reacts to minraises from the BB and the way he reacts to 3-bets is the same. 50/33/16 (fold/call/raise). His ranges are kind of like constructed fractions and I feel like there is some way to exploit this. Ideas?

Like you said, you can start from c-betting a lot.

But you didn't mention too much postflop tendencies. I'd go hand by hand and try to find some postflop tendencies focusing more on the board structures and its villain's ranges correlation, not pure stats.

-You have to play fairly passive oop vs 70%.
-Maybe 3betting junk low Ax could be better than flatting due to high fold vs 3b, and him playing balanced postflop (you would rather face either 0% cbet or 100% cbet with A high, and also more transparent turn play to capture more value with A high postflop).
-You should never fold a button preflop.
-Start limping more <30bb.

He is flatting too little oop, opening too little, 4betting too much in order of exploitatility. Postflop he is playing back too much vs turn probe but most likely u have no sample.
