Heads up in a spin and go. We are in BB, eff stack is about 20bbs. Action goes limp check.

Flop (2bbs) : Ks3cTh
Hero checks, Villain bets 1 bb, Hero raises to 3.6 bbs

Now after working with the ranges and trying to calculate a reasonable continuation strategy for the big blind and a good c-bet strategy for the SB, I worked out that the worst hand we would have to continue with is something like J7o (wide I know but it was my best attempt with such wide ranges). Regardless of what you think the bottom of our continue should be, what is the play? Should I balance my value (in this case think only two pairs as sets should not exist in my range, nor his for that matter). with hands like J9s, QJ etc. which have a lot of equity, or should I go with hands like Q2s and J2s of clubs, hearts or spades, which are easily barreling on turns of A,Q,J, or hearts, clubs, or spades, or should I bluff the absolute worst hands like J7o which have little equity and are our worst possible hands? Thanks guys.

Not sure in what context are you asking?
If you want to figure out gto strategy in this scenario you are better finding somewhere solution but Gto will be check/raising a bit from everything I think, also if I have to guess J7o will be bit too wide, you are prob better with hands like 42ss, 75ss, gto prob will prefer these hands bit more than other backdoorw.
Playing fish its definitely not necessary to play so wide, no need to chase these very marginal +ev spots.
And if you are playing reg I guess it depends on stakes, higher you go,less common it will be but exploitative Id say regs will overcbet this board and overfold to xraises so you can go nuts with check raising here imo

It is a lame answer, but it is true: "It all depends".

The essence of poker; adjust depending on how your opponents play and how best to exploit them...
