I saw you said you plan on playing poker for quite awhile-- what other sort of ventures do you plan to get into? Ever feel like you should get a 'real job'? Lastly, do you ever get the feeling that you should stop everything your doing and help people- like take a year off and live in Africa or some shizzle?
cool question Rolon, lemme break it down
You: I think you did fine, it seems like you've never had a super structured approach to some stuff, but naturally you seem to understand hand ranges and inflection points pretty well, so I think it should be really easy for you to change a few small things and see your results increase a ton. You did really well compared to most students
Other Venture: I'm not sure, something I would love to do and don't have to care about too much, me and my friend from college, who have similar interests, always thought about opening a computer/gaming center + card shop together, and have some super awsome ideas on how to make it infinitely better than any other place around here, he doesnt really care how much he makes as long as he's happy, so if it could provide him 30k / yr, and be even remotely +EV for me, i'd love to do (a few others further south of here are very successfully doing similar things).
Other than that just typical investing, maybe trying a cool start up w/some of my CS friends who are graduating now, whatever presents itself I guess
Real Job: Lol, def. not, working for somebody else is just so -EV, and I can't think of a single thing that pays decent that I would enjoy. Maybe i'd be a teacher or something and teach programming in highschools, but not for the pay obv, i'd still have to play poker
Help People: I would love to do stuff like that, but my priorities now are starting a family, and I spend alot of time helping the people around me and people I care about, and for me that will always come first, but I would love to be able to do something more or on a global scale
