easy to grind that long, i use to grind a lot longer a few years ago. and yes i set up routine/ strong habits that keep me consistent. everyday i wake up at the same time 10am, i do my morning ritual which takes sometimes 30-40 mins and then i do coaching from monday-friday 11am-12pm. then i grind from 12pm-9pm with a break inbetween to go to the gym. saturdays i grind all day and then sunday i take my day off to spend with my gf

i dont need motivation, i just set up strong habits. motivation is BS. i do what i have to do regardless of how i feel about it, sometimes im motivated and sometimes im not but im gonna go about my day and put in the hours no matter what

About that part, when u are running like super bad or feel tired and playing B,C Game. Do u keep playing ? or what do you do when u feel like this ?

I quit when i play B-C Game,tilt or i feel sleepy/tired and i dont really know if this is correct way to do this.

i dont quit when im running super bad, i just continue playing and injecting logic. taking a few slow breathes. you shouldnt be tired through your grind, if you are then you probably were out too late last night or didnt sleep enough, in that case take a quick nap and then get back at it. but if im tired for some other reason i just continue playing i dont care really. if i find im making mistakes playing b or c game then the best thing to do is just slow down with your decisions and inject even more logic. this is what i do, quitting your session is just avoiding the issue instead of dealing with it.

you build strong habits when you do things whether you feel like doing them or not, this is how you can build strong habits with anything. a lot of people do things only when they feel like it, which is the opposite approach to creating strong habits. some of my habits are coaching 5 times a week, grinding almost 60 hours a week ( whether i feel like it or not). meditating 10 mins a day.i have plenty of small habits throughout the day. you should check out my poker goals and challenges thread its called " commiting to mastery of everything"

i have no idea whos a bot and whos not, i dont think humans will have an edge on bots these days. and as time goes the bots will gain more of an edge probably

tough question, probably another year or two. its already heavily slowing down. i think other games will pick up all the players tho. mtts and spins seem more appealing to the fish atm

floyd will win because its his format, sure conor is a beast but hes entering the boxing ring. its like one of the top hu hyper players going up against the top cash game player in cash. Regardless of how good he is in hu hypers hes probably gonna get his ass kicked in a deep cash game against the best in that format. its the same thing here, its just in this scenario floyd is getting old so its like a recently retired cash game player, but hes still a beast.

there somewhat important, it will give you a good clue as to what your playing style is or what others playing style is, if there more passive/trappy or there more aggro/bluffy

depends on there style really, everyone is different. some will have strong red line and weak blue line, some will have strong blue line and weak red line, and some will have both lines slightly going up. its just a reflection or you playing style

Fedor must be so long down the list its unreal to pick, kudos for his mtt-run, but damn, its not like his mtt run is gonna be remotely close to possible to repoduce even if you had 10x fedor lucksackery whilst all of the above guarantees lots of manies and also some sick pokerminds.

yes i did go with fedor, and jungleman would have been my second option as played . tbh i dont doo much poker railing at all, so im not well informed on how good some of these other players are at there formats. im too focused on what we have going on at team 651 and my own grind. that leaves me no time to rail any other formats or get too involved in them, so your opinion on who's skill is best would likely be a lot better then mine

im similiar to you unless im playing 3 tables vs the same player then its fine. but if i had 3 different tables its actually a lot for me as im a slow thinker, so i feel most comfortable at 2 as well. i think this is totally normal and you shouldnt stress about it. id say most ppl are like you and i. My recommendations on tables depend on what game your playing. for example if your playing spins and your 4 tabling 30s i see it a huge mistake. when your 4 tabling you cant learn and implement new things into your game, your basically grinding for an hourly and not for the potential to move up in stakes, which is the wrong way to look at it. so in spins i always recommend 2 tables to everyone unless they are playing at 100s already and are beating the games for 50 chip ev then i would add a table, but during the learning process its best to keep table count low so that you are consistently able to improve your game and apply everything that you are currently learning. In short the main goal for guys at 60s and below should be to maximize chip ev and get good enough to move up in stakes, and the main goal at 100s once your chip ev is crushing is to add table or two and maximize your hourly
