1. Close but I think 23s, because this player is more likely to attack a board we hit with that hand then a K-hi flop.
2. In husng's its almost always shove or fold. I guess with confident reads you could call some low pps at fullstacks. Against an unknown I might just call with 66-88 first hand. I've always thought tho that it kinda seems like there shouldnt be that much difference between 22 and 77 against most 3b ranges.
3. If you have the right flop dynamic for it you can checkraise mp +good kicker for value, or if very shallow to stackoff. Bottom pair is a much better candidate for check-raising, as a semi-bluff and because it is harder to play on future streets if you check/call (obviously vurnable to overcards and hard to call down barrels with)
4. Depends on your goals but it can be a good idea.
5. Whats annoying about husngs is the high rake, so it becomes a losing play or just a waste of time to play opponents you're very close to in skill. For this reason I've quit a few players.
6. Force yourself not to tilt, take frequent brakes, definitely stop your day when you are feeling tilted, cigarettes, try not to care.
