Witnesses said the march continued despite the disruption and there was no violence. However, the incident underscores the harassment and discrimination zombies face in their daily “lives.”

oh. nice well croix. most enjoyable. thanks for doing it etc etc... Shawshank is one of my fav films. Love the reading tips here. I'll 2nd the dark tower books. I read them all over the course of about 15 years though. 1st is def quick and easy read to see what it's about.
Sure a chainsaw where your hand used to be is fashionable but how effective is it really? What if you run out of gas, huh, ever think of that? Also, it takes WAY more time to cut through a zombies head than to slice through it. Theres also more risk of blood getting into your mouth/eyes which depending on what type of zombie we're dealing with could be a real danger. If its the I have been infected by a crazy virus thats contagious that turns me into a zombie thats no good, if its the I am pure evil and have risen after i'm dead like in your reference you should be cool.

I also want to share my theory on the two main types of zombies out there.
There are the light sensitive, fast and sometimes intelligent zombies (much more scary fyi, see will smiths zombie movie) or the slow moving, low brain function can walk around any time of day or night zombie.

thoughts?

I also want to suggest the NAZI ZOMBIES level on call of duty (world at war?) for a good idea of how effective different weapons are. Some parts are just unrealistic though... for example in what universe can you kill a zombie by shooting him several times with a low caliber handgun in the leg? wtf?

How frustrating was it to wait like 5 years for the last dark tower series book to come out?!

I've got a few questions:
1. When you were moving up stakes what percentage of your time was split up with putting in hands, and talking strategy on 2p2 forums. Was getting a ton of hands in more important?

2. Do you listen to music when you play? If so, whatd u like?

3. Do you only play when u play ur A game, or do u feel anytime u have an edge, you have got to play?

4. Is having a close nit group of friends who u think like u do in poker and not just ppl who play for fun extremely important in your development of a player?

Thanks man.
No problem..I'm just glad it gets me typing and trying to write halfway decent responses.

1. I didn't learn at all posting in forums. I probably should have but for some reason or another never put the effort into it. Talking with friends and getting input from players I respected was critical for my growth. Putting in alot of matches was definitely a large part. Seeing different situations and trying a few different things helped me see what worked best.

2. Yes. I like all kind of music but what I'm listening to now: Silversun Pickups, MGMT, Manchester Orchestra, Michael Jackson, Seether, and any remix by Justice (Thriller, Electric Feel).

3. When I feel like I'm steaming and about to tilt, I just unregister and take a break. Damage control is something I hold in very high regards and try to practice it as much as I can. There is a fine line between knowing you have an edge and knowing you aren't playing your best so I usually err on the side of caution and take a break.

4. I don't really pick my poker friends based on if they thought I do. I don't really pick them at all..as long as they arent full of themselves then they are alright with me. Having friends with different styles and backgrounds will help more than players who play/think like you do. If your are talking about hands with them on a regular basis and they help add some understanding to your game then you are doing a good job.

Thanks bro.

If I can get 50 games/day, that for me is extraordinary. I'm working on trying to get into more of a routine but if something like golf or tennis comes up, I'll most likely be doing that. Most mornings/afternoons I'll just wake up and if I feel like playing take the 2 steps out of bed to my computer, sit on a chair that has turned into a stool, and fire up some games. I just moved into a new apartment so now I have to go downstairs to play, so we'll see what the new routine becomes. It'll probably be alot of the same.

I hate to say it but a shotgun isn't the best or even close to the best weapon for killing zombies.

1)How many Kills per minute you think you could make with a shotgun vs. a just some random ****ty 16 round hand gun...
2) at close range a shotgun will only kill him if you severely damage his brain--hard to be that accurate with a shotgun when shooting from the hip.
3) bad range-at a distance a shotgun is practically useless.
4) how much amo can you carry around vs. a more practical weapon.

I would much prefer a kitana to a shotgun. lightweight, guaranteed a kill if you chop their head off (easy to do with a little practice), no ammo to lug around, relatively good KPM. And if you have some light weight bite proof clothes to go along with this your all set.

So maybe work on your swordplay?

If we are talking 28 Days Later zombies, you will just get owned. I will be on a roof with my shotgun just blasting people..pretty much the exact same way they did in Dawn of the Dead. And I'll keep score and be laughing just like they did.

I feel like I might have a secret obession with zombies now...

I hate this spot. I would probably check behind the flop here most of the time to avoid when our opponent will raise us with a variety of hands that we are either way behind of flipping with. I can see him getting it in there on the flop everytime but as played after the call with you having 1/3rd of your stack in and the turn only improving the Jd (doubt he ever has jt no diamond) I probably ship. But most likely I'd check the flop and a good % of the time without a read fold to the raise.

I would probably start off with about 50 buyins if you wanted to take it seriously. I would be playing as ABC of poker as you possibly can. They are probably few/no professionals down there and alot of time you will play nutjobs. So I would usually play my cards for face value and let my opponent make some glaring mistakes.

2 players. I used to play them all the time and rarely do anymore. Lobbies are filled alot on Stars so makes it tough even if I wanted to.

I destroy nazi zombies! Level 23 on the first one and something like 35 in the second (just me).

1) the 6 shot shotgun is great, but suffers from reload problems
2) the sawed off has good spread but reload time is WAY TO SLOW even with a quick reload
2) it isnt effective against the tougher zombies (more than 1 shot later in the game)
3) nazi zombies isnt realistic in that non head wounds will kill them
4) there about a half dozen weapons better than the shotgun for killing nazi zombies, and about 100 for real zombies

Expand on playing out of position, if you will. Do you go off of gameflow and try to set that up?

You've made 1m+ and drive a cavalier. How do you help yourself think that preserving your br and making money is the most important thing?

Do you ever play intoxicated?- especially, stoned and high. This can be a general question to anyone- how do you play while being stoned? I'm used to smoking all day every day, but have been on a 4-5 week break so that I can make important things important. Does partying ever get in the way of playing winning poker for you?

Thanks for doing this. you seem like a chill dude who's got nothin' but love for us.

I notice you play both Full Tilt and Stars. We all know the structure is a bit different on both platforms. Do you change your style/game on either site and how so if you do? Which do you prefer?

Yeah, good question. How do you change your style? When I was at the 50's and 100's I had haaaard time playing on FT. Just didn't get the feel of it. However, on Stars I did better. I've seen this reflected in several other regs stats too (those who play both sites).
