ever played in womens clothing/underwear?

How much time do you think it would take before, if you came back to poker after being totally disconnected from it with your job, you could no longer beat 100$ husngs? (without working to catch up obv)

Edit: 200s? 500?

I have not. Women's clothing does not fit me. The pretty shoes are never available in size 15.

It's an interesting question. I'm going to go with 3 years for 100s. 2 years for 500s. But it all depends on a shifting onling poker landscape which could accelerate that or slow it down (I mean mostly government intervention/available site choices).

Daily routine? (before black friday)
07-21-2011 , 06:56 PM
Somewhat answered in the last few posts. I tried to get up at a reasonable hour, have breakfast, and answer all outstanding questions in the forum I use for coaching. Then play a couple hours, break for lunch, play some more. But a lot of variation for sure.

what is it about you that enabled you to crush
07-21-2011 , 07:46 PM
An adaptive understanding of the math of the game, a high level of professionalism/discipline, good choice in friends that helped me get a lot better and kept me sane.

^^never imo, 100s will always be the nut bad / easy

Any recommendations on readingmaterial to get a better handle on the math behind poker for a beginner?

Also wondering what ones BR should be at before one should pay out to join a program such as the Fast Track or just coaching in general. If my BR for example is around $600 the cost would take a huge chunk out of my BR and make me go down a stake. When should one start paying for low-stakes coaching? 5% of your BR? 10%? Higher? The point is to maximize the gain from coaching without losing the economic gain from having a higher BR.

Definitely don't join FastTrack with a $600 bankroll. I think 5-10% of your bankroll is the absolute tops you should pay for coaching.

Reading material...hmm. You can look at some of the stuff in the FAQ. The project I'm working on will help with a lot of that but it will likely not be out for a while.

Didn't u imply it? Listen, my mom's a vegan and I respect that, just not sure about the logic behind cruelty, which, to the vast majority of the animal and plant kingdom, is just going through the motions of life...u know?

This was not intended for me but I did once for Halloween, some girls dressed me up as one of the Price Is Right girls (inflated balloons for tits, chiclets for nipples, gown, wig, makeup, pumps, women's undies, the whole deal) and we all went clubbing. We had Bob Barker, Rod Roddy, and a few Barker girls as our theme. Well, STRAIGHT guys hit on me left and right until they saw my face!

First skates and now you. Why do my favourite HUSNG.com instructors always quit just as I decide I'd like them to coach me?

Suppose you were still playing online poker. If you were offered $38,423 to your $7,628 that you couldn't achieve a 5.19% ROI over 1863 $500 superturbos, but your opponent had the option to place another bet of his $22,150 to your $5,003 at the 1146 game mark, but you also had the option to buy out either bet at 84.31% at the 1553 game mark, would you take the bet?

What is your political compass score?

How many former professional poker players will there be in the 2050 Forbes 400?

Is it right for a doctor to kill a perfectly healthy patient without consent to harvest the patient's organs if the doctor believes it will save the lives of five others?

How hard is to get into Princeton? Is the bottom 20% of grades there still pwning the rest of us?

Sometimes I'd be in the mood to humor you, but not right now

No. The effects of that decision are more lasting than the simplistic effects suggested by the problem.

It's hard to get in. Bottom 20% is either taking really hard classes or not really prioritizing grades.

What's the single worst piece of advice you've ever given someone in poker (obv not realising it was bad advice at the time)?

I can't really think of anything that stands out, I'll get back to you if I do.

Another question; are you going to keep up with your Fast Track program if you're still going to do movies for HUSNGs? Sorry if you've answered this elsewhere but i didn't find the answer here

1 - Do you regularly have new ''leaks'' that come into your game over periods of time, or does your poker education consist of more ''eureka!'' type revelations.

2- Do you find that the population tendencies amongst players on Pokerstars greatly differs from players on Full tilt and if so in what ways?

3-What are your parents attitude towards poker, and in particular the success you've achieved from it...

Most recent leak you've identified and fixed?
07-22-2011 , 08:08 AM
as you have played 10000s of super turbos what would you say your standard swings were?
07-22-2011 , 08:55 AM
not sure if its been asked, but for average player what's the best form of poker for hourly. Reg Speeds, Turbos, or STs?

also, that link to that old thread where the guy wrote the letters to companies was ****ing gold.

If your only goal in poker was to defeat Livb over a series of games, how much time do you think you'd need to prepare to be considered a favourite? (If we assume Livb was not preparing in the same way for you, but would continue to give you action).

I'll be handing over FastTrack to Hokie, but still helping out in a supporting role.

1. Less eureka.

2. I think this is actually true, and it's amusing to me. I don't have enough Stars experience to really comment on it, though.

By the way, someone asked me the other day if I coined "population tendencies" in HUSNG theory discussion. I think I might have, but I'm not sure.

3. Search thread

You should be willing to drop 100BI in EV at some point.

I don't know about the average player, but good ST players make a lot more than good reg speed players.

Depends how long the series is, obv. It wouldn't take very long for 10 games (hell I might already be the favorite if livb didn't have any attachment to the matches), would take a long time for 1k games.
