You should only limp that deep vs hyper aggros and even then don't do it with 83o. Folding is fine PF and min opening is okay since you don't know much about him.

OTR he is polarised so I'd call readless. Plenty of draws missed.

Limping is perfectly fine pre, I prefer it readless.
And vs the lead on that board there should be some value in raising even with that kicker.
