Can anyone tell me what for example if a person is 3betting 33percent what his range would be of these 3bets, because Im really not sure about what the percentage actually indicates and what percent means hes loose, or what percent of afq means hes loose meaning is 50 percent afq classified as loose or what have you.

This is not a simple question and it would be hard to even scratch the surface with a forum post.

Short answer is that the % doesn't necessarily tell you someones range. They could be 3betting the top 33% of their hands or the bottom 33%. They could be 3betting a value heavy range with some bluffs mixed in. They could be rolling a die every time they get raised and 3betting if they roll a 5 or a 6.

It takes a lot of study to be able to figure out this sort of thing, in order to know if someone is tight or loose for example you first need to know what a normal (defined as optimal) strategy looks like.

All of my free CoffeeHUD videos include strategy content discussing how to interpret HUD stats. There's a couple posted on 2p2, and more on husng.com. They're not new, and won't be comprehensive, but should give you a good start
