Some basic information about villain: open: 70%, call OOP: 65%, 3bet: 15% (2/13)
Played probably 10 hands before this one, he min 3betted me ones before so I call 97o as it plays pretty easy postflop. I call his small bet on the flop with the OESD and hit the strait on the turn. Here I'm not sure if I should bet higher, but I thought he might shove over the small checkraise with a potential Kx.
At the river the board pairs and I bet small again and expect him to call with some weaker king. After he raises I fold, KT is in his range, K8 too, that he just called on the turn for me to bet on the river again. I can't really set him on a certain range after playing so few hands against him.
I really don't know if my fold here is good or bad. If I had to play the hand again I would call, as the bet is small and he also does that with hands other than KT, like AK, KQ, maybe KJ. What do you think?

Second hand, it's the first time he checkraises me on a flop, I'm 17 BB short and get it in with Q7. Standard play or is there any chance I fold this to the check raise?
