Hello,
I will not be playing on stars for some time and I want to play spins on other poker room. I'm thinking about Twister poker. I see that they are less variance because of the structure, and also on iPoker is better rakeback than on stars, right? I want it to ask about traffic and how tough are this games. Are 5 and 10 euro games easier or tougher than 7$ spins? And also I'm wondering about the traffic. How many games can I play per hour comparing to spins 4 tabling? Is it possible to play the same amount of games like on stars? Or soft is slower, and traffic is not good enough? On pokerstars you don't have to wait for a gme, how is it on Ipoker? I'm also curious about one thing. If on iPoker there are twisters in every room so that means that player pool is one for the room, or for the whole network? If player pool is one for one room then when is it better to play this games? On which site? Or maybe there is better network to play jackpot poker than iPoker?

Thank you for the answers.

squire1888, thank you for your answer. I'm asking also someone to let me know about my other questions. I mean compare this games with spins. Is it tougher, or easier, and also traffic, and amount of games per hour 4 tabling.

2 minute blinds instead of 3 and antes after the first round make them play much faster, so lower winrates and more variance. Pretty sure all ipoker skins use SPR rakeback now, where net withdrawing players' rake only gets accounted for 50%, so if you get a deal like 60% on coral, it's actually 30% for a net winner.

ipoker software is awful also, I've had crashes where the games just won't load back up and obv they don't refund your buyins.

Worst of all is probably bots though. Given how little ipoker cares about bots, I would not be surprised if there was more bots in twisters than 6max cash.

Half the rake is assigned the traditional way, the other half is split by that SPR method, according to the source (the deposit).

So if you never deposit, your rakeback is only applicable to 50% of the rake you pay (IE 60% is 30% and so on).

There are bonuses and some things you can do within that system to improve over 30%, but it's a far cry from the days where players could legitimately get 60%+ of every dollar in rake paid back.

Tons of bots. Collusion in the 20's and 50's. Ipoker doesnt care.

Despite the faster structure, games are slower because of the software.

If you know the right affiliates you can get 45% net.

Didn't play at ipoker network for years, but I just registered at Iron Poker especially to play the Twister games.
The buy-in goes from €1 to €10.
Were the 20's and 50's removed?
Or is it site dependent which games are offered?

Since I play on iPoker a lot, I'm curious have these issues been discussed somewhere? Maybe more in depth and with more data to back the claims up?

From my own experience in low stakes twister poker, I'd say up to 50% of the players there are bots. I left before even clearing my 1st deposit bonus. Not that they are unbeatable, although most of them are better than what someone might expect for that levels. They slow the game down and the whole idea is disgusting.
Whoever has played these even for a short period and refuses to see it, to me is a complete idiot.

Again, any data to back that up? Also I understand why somebody might not want to continue playing there if they can't beat even the low level bots. I do wonder though, what kind of prospects they might have in poker.

I also don't quite understand how throwing around words like idiot for no apparent reason would make that person receive any respect for their post or other contributions they might make.

Well, I beat the levels I play at by a lot wherever I play.
You must know what kind of proof you want, currently you do not. I guess you don't find anything wrong with almost half the players' always-half-or-less-time-left-decisions, massive amount of hours even for the micros, giving walks on sitting out blinds, exact same lines, etc). I didn't call you idiot, but now I might see why you got offended.

I appreciate you providing your reasons and suggestions on how to recognize botting. Especially the massive amount of hours is interesting to me.

I wonder about this so that I may better recognize the potential bots since every bit of info on an opponent can help a lot with decision making. I don't really have a clear proof in mind but any bit could help. Overall I find the iPoker twister games very beatable so far and even if bots are present they don't seem to be super good. I have more tough spots with players who are clearly thinking and adapting as games go by.

Been playing the 20e Twisters full time for 6 months now (higher is more reggy and takes way longer to fill).

Rakeback: Good, and traffic can be slow sometimes during the day but high rake back and rake races etc help too.

BOTS: I suspect a few players are bots (mainly due to insane volume (I've regged like 12 tables as an experiment and seen same player sat at almost all which seems impractical since 4 is rough enough for me, but it's insanely impressive if legit!)). The bots seem to be really over aggressive though and since I'm working with a cEV of around 50, they're not unbeatable by any means (though I wonder if a botting syndicate was discovered recently since I've not seen a lot of players i suspected as bots around since the new year (though this could of course be a screen name change/skin change).

Good luck!

sure there are bots - though I've no clear evidence other than a huge
