Oppo is a strong reg. I don't like checking back with so many straight draws. what do you think?

You fold out draws and get called by better hands. Unless you have a read, I prefer a normal sized bet and check bad rivers.

Consider that oppo is shorter than me, so it isn't actually a 2x overbet. More like 1.5x.

Overvaluing protection here massively, especially vs a competent villain. I would just play GTO-ish unless villain has a specific leak you are trying to exploit. So bet flop sometimes half pot, check flop sometimes. Your jam is almost never getting called by worse.

The line you took with T3s specifically is not -EV. The main issue I see with this is what it means for the EV of your overall strategy especially vs a competent opponent. Your ranges are just likely super capped in a bunch of spots where hands in your range need protection. If you play all of your TX+ this way, you are not defending enough vs turn probe and barrel or river probe. Good one to look at in a solver, if possible.

I prefer check on the flop with such weak TP.

As played, I'd bet smaller on the flop and on the turn, too.

You have better hands for such line. I'd prefer something, that can improve to a straight. Or having some str8 blockers would help, too.

Another thing, that is important here, that if villain is a strong reg, he won't be capped here.
