You should really be raising preflop unless he is aggro and isoing too much

On this turn you should probably just plan on going for one more street of value. I think check turn bet river is good.

As played do you call?

Calling 350 to win 1250 so probably calling, yes

I could go either way pre flop.
I'm not at all against limping AQo there!
I use some premium hands to limp at 11-13bb as well to balance alla the mediocre to low equity hands that I am usually limping.
I'm calling with the Qh for sure on the turn!
You might see a Kx type hand going crazy or some weird 8x with a heart.
Plus some pair+draw type hand might play like that,so I guess I'm calling!

What about my bet size on the turn?

I'd sometimes be inclined to check the turn because I have the Qh and bet again on the river.
You could bet something a bit smaller than 150 here.
Something like 90 or 100 would be fine.
But either way I think it's a small mistake betting 150 and 120 here tbh!

Ah I actually thought it was 21bb deep, limping is a bit more reasonable at this depth (though I'd still recommend raising as a default vs unknown passive fish)

back when i played spins i did a big database review of a stable i was in and over millions of hands we found that there is literally no difference at any stack depth between limping/raising, i used to limp 100% of my range at every stake and always had a pretty solid HUSB vs both regs and fish

about the hand id probably agree to check turn too, i dont usually pot cbet such a dry board either but its probably fine, as played on the turn its a nasty spot because turn raises are just insanely nutted and he isnt gonna show up with any worse Ax, sure every now and then he will spaz out but if you was to check your database for turn raises you would find its like 8% non nuts (or something close), i still call and pray hes the 8% but if you folded i would seriously clap for you

It's very dependant if you are against a fish or a reg!
I mean I am snap folding vs regs!
Especially low stakes regs that there is absolutely no chance of them balancing their turn raises on this spot.

Yeah he was a reg. It was probably a fold
