well first, I would never ever check back pre
as played, Id go big, something like close to 1/2 pot.
but jamming also looks good, only checking is bad and if we bet small we are giving excellent odds for his flushdraws.
So imo bet big > jam >>> bet small >>>>>>check

This is the most important information you should take away from this hand.

Play a little bit with the ranges and widen up your ISO. Especially shallow.

Observe the showdowns and try to find out what people limp with. I expect that their ranges will be quite weak. Attack that weakness.

If you put in in the solver, this is actually a 30% shove, 30% bet and 30% check back. This is why I think this is an interesting spot
