I don't know what you think about the following information.
I would love to hear different opinions.

The facts:

-PartyPoker is giving detailed information to EV-Pools/Spin-Stables about how their players perform EV wise
-PartyPoker is lying to single persons when they request to get the same.

Personally I find it very worrying to say the least. Having back in my mind that they tolerated queue system in the past and got rid of HUD so it's hard to spot bots.

What can a player do against such developments other than not playing on the site? nothing I assume

If you can't back your statementes with solid evidence/proof your post will be very discredited!

Second News, they offer an EV Deal on PartyPoker.
So do all the big stables. I talked to several People.

I can ask friends for some more "hints".

The problem I see here is that we will never get solid proof.

Any player can ask for a report of their games. Ask about it in the Party discord.

I have asked via live Support twice, I wrote 3 mails and go the same answer from a total of 5 different high quality supportworkers that reports like that don't exist. I have asked multiple times during the conversations if they are misinformed or straight up lying to me and they assured me reports like that don't exist.

"We do not and can not provide any "EV" statement. We only provide reports such as gaming Transactions, deposit/Withdrawal/inter account transfer histories."

I made it very clear what stats would be required to calculate the EV on my own

I have been through that situation as well. Of course all pokersite love stables and EV pools and partypoker isnt different from that. I asked live support/email support and got the same answer these support at partypoker are simply not educated about whats going on. Finally i get some progress with that Ev report when i asked diamond club vip manager. Then i had told a date when i will get the reports and didnt received anything and got a new date (which they didnt deliver again.) I received the report after asking it many times they finally give me something about september. About that guy on discord i tagged (about a week ago in pp discord) him so i can get some help about this but he still didnt respond.

About OP would be nice if you dont make new account on 2+2 or make post with your nickname or something. It makes you way less crediting imo.

doesn't seem like they are lying, just support is disorganized like every other online poker site, will be nice when MyGame works in a couple months.

the funny thing is, the next mail I sent to them yesterday, they still declcined that something like this exists. it appeared to me they didnt even look at the screen I attached to my E-Mail (from McGee/garyoakes)

Long Story short, the 8th!!! Person I talked to via live-Support later that evening added me to a list so I (hopefully) will get my Results each month now.

Btw, it would actually be very reasonable and quite standard for a business to have a somewhat favoring relation to a stable which represents hundreds of players vs a single player.

But Im glad they didnt leave you behind. Not surprised that most staff wouldnt know about the process, if they actually need to work on those reports manually.
