at the same time some turn cards may freeze the action or allow him to out play me especially out of position. what do you think?

In a vacuum—raise ~3x and shove the turn. If V is a complete drooler, you can exploit them and shove for max value from draws/single pairs if you suspect they're calling too light. If V is competent, fold equity will work against you and V will play your shove perfect. Considering eff stacks are not particularly deep and you're in a $5 spin, shoving can't be bad though.

yeah, shove may exploit some fishes who call light, but I agree that raising 3x is better.
