I have started playing hu sngs on Unibet. 3 min levels, 33 bigblinds in startingstack. I have played 96 games with an roi of - 5%. I won 47 games and lost the rest.

What would be the top 3 free resources for me?
I already have mersenearrys book, which I liked.
I also have Crev and equitylab.
I have also read Tiptons books, but I didn't like them. I am not that keen on GTO

I had a look at the faq. There was a lot there, so hard to know where to start.

You listed some pretty reasonable free resources. Not being keen on GTO is understandable when you play hu sngs on unibet against likely bad players however you should realiZe if you understand game theorical (near) optimal play better it will also allow you to improve your exploitative game. Dismissing equilibrium based thinking is a bad idea

Yeah I probably shouldn't have written that. Now we run the risk of turning this thread in to a discussion about the pro and cons of gto. So let's just say that I prefer an exploitive gameplan, but I am ok with gto resources too. As long as they are not overly technical. So no Tipton books and stuff like that
