Using a simple static chart (for example, a nash chart, or one non-mixed preflop range) is fine. Using a comprehensive series of fixed preflop charts, or any kind of dynamic, adjusting charts, is prohibited.
Cloud-queue lobby software (sharky) only works for husngs (with non-anonymous lobbies), and is prohibited from spins.
